In Vermont Spring and summer in the lakes and streams are for white water rafting and kayaking, fishing, or boating on a still pond is one of life's simple pleasures. Drive the many dirt roads to mountain views and bucolic pastures. Go riding, hiking, or for a drive on a mountain road. Stop at a local artist's studio or enjoy a local concert, fair or find a treasure in a flea market.
We are located only a short drive to the Green Mountain National Forest and the Appalachian Trail System. In neighboring Marlboro the Music Festival attracts classic music lovers from July through August.

Spring in Vermont has skiing through the middle of April, after which, there is mountain bicycling and fly fishing. Maple trees have been taped the sap is boiled down in March. The resulting maple syrup is available for your pancakes and waffles all year.
The lakes and streams are alive with new life. Later in the summer is a good time to walk a mountain trail. Enjoy the quiet season in Vermont and take in a concert at Marlboro or Wilmington. Come treat yourself to a Vermont summer vacation.
