Regular Room Rates

Southern Vermont is truly an all season destination.

Summer, Winter rates are $110.00 per night per couple.

October room rates for peak foliage the rates are $125.00 with a two day minimum on weekends.

Spring is value season with 15% off our regular rate for a two day stay. Call for reservations, 866-429-1702 toll free or 368-2004 local.

What's in store: After a night's rest you will wake up to the aroma of muffins baking in the oven and a large country breakfast. Breakfast is served between 8 am and 10 am.
Our rooms are large and can accommodate an extra guest for an additional $15.00 plus tax.
